ClipFlow is a multi-platform video publishing tool that allows you to connect your YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram accounts and distribute video content to them. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring you have the rights to that content.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Connecting third-party platforms

To use the Service, you authorize ClipFlow to access your accounts on third-party platforms (such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram) via their official APIs. You are responsible for complying with each platform's own terms of service and community guidelines.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the terms or guidelines of any connected platform. You may not use the Service to spam, harass others, or misrepresent your identity.

5. Content rights

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using the Service to publish, you grant ClipFlow a limited license to store, process and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost content or publishing failures on third-party platforms.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
